Billy G. Cotter is the owner/broker of CENTURY 21 Regency Realty, Inc. Billy is also the owner of Regency Management, Billy Cotter Appraisals, Billy Cotter Construction, and a partner in Regency Multifamily Services, LLC. Billy has held a real estate license for over 46 years and is a Certified Residential Broker (CRB). He is also a licensed General Contractor, licensed Home Builder, and a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser. His is an Enterprise native and graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Business administration. He is a Vietnam Veteran. Billy and his wife, Marie, have been married for 43 years. Some of Billy’s involvement in professional and community activities include, as follows: member of Alabama Real Estate Appraisal Board 2014-2020 (currently serving as Chairman); President of the Enterprise Home Builders Association; President of the Wiregrass Board of Realtors; President of the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce; board member of Enterprise Industrial Development Board; and board member of the Wiregrass Economic Development Corporation. He has been the recipient of many awards during his tenure as a professional, to include the Small Business Champion Award by the NFIB (National Federation of Small Businesses) in 2010. He has been a leader in various partnerships dealing with multi-family development and residential subdivision development and has been key to the growth in the community.
