Kathleen Ferrell is originally from Auburn, Washington. She married a military officer, earned her degree in business management, and raised her family while working in business, education, and real estate. She found her passion for property management in 1985 while serving as the manager of Regency Management. Her portfolio consisted of 400 single family rental homes, 18,000 square feet of office space and 85,000 square feet of retail space. In 1992 she earned her Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a licensed real estate salesman in Alabama, and she taught Alabama real estate continuing education for several years. In 2000 she and her business partner founded Regency Multifamily Services. They have developed and built several successful multifamily projects and have managed twenty-five apartment communities and over thirty homeowner associations. Kathleen has participated in various committees and board positions with IREM, NAA, Alabama Association of Realtors, Wiregrass Board of Realtors, Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, and she has been recognized with numerous awards. When she isn’t working on a project, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren and traveling.
